Experienced ABA Therapist - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Austin, TX, US Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly Location: 12407 Hymeadow Drive, Austin, TX 78750 (N. Austin) Primary Job Responsibilities Support children with autism by implementing a behavior support plan that teaches functional language skills, developmental milestones, self‑help skills, self‑advocacy skills, social skills, and customized programs. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and grow through feedback. Receive direct support and clinical supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and staff. Collect and summarize data as specified by the individualized treatment plan. Maintain daily attendance to serve kids in early intervention programs. Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy while working with children with autism. Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or experience as a paraprofessional. At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism. Backgrounds that are often well‑suited: camp counselor, childcare volunteer, Sunday school teacher, teaching, special education, sociology, human development, early childhood development, or psychology degree (a college degree in any field preferred).
