As a Daycare Floater, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our daycare runs smoothly and that every child feels safe, nurtured, and engaged. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in various classrooms as needed, providing support to teachers and children.
• Supervising and engaging with children during activities, playtime, and meals.
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Supporting children’s physical and emotional needs, ensuring they feel cared for and valued.
• Working collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and ready to jump in wherever needed. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• To be at least 18 years old.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort sitting on the floor and actively engaging with children.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• A genuine love for working with children and being part of their growth and development.
