Schedule: Monday to Friday + occasional Saturdays
Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week (seasonal demand)

Ripple Effect Consulting is hiring a Geotechnical Field Technician in Gypsum, CO. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the construction and engineering industry. No direct experience? No problem. What Youll Do
- Perform field testing on construction materials across job sites in the Gypsum area
- Test concrete, asphalt, and soils for quality and compliance
- Safely drive a company vehicle to and from job sites
- Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and contractors
- Document and input field testing data accurately
- Entry into a recession-resistant industry
- Clear path to higher pay through certifications
- Work outdoors and stay active

Requirements
What You Need
- Valid drivers license with a clean motor vehicle record (no more than 4 points)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a federal drug screening
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
