Job Description

The Motor Grader Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment to grade, level, and shape surfaces such as roads, highways, and construction sites. This role ensures proper drainage, surface smoothness, and alignment according to project specifications.

The Finisher is responsible for smoothing, leveling, and finishing surfaces such as asphalt or concrete on roads, sidewalks, and other construction projects to ensure a durable, even final product.
