Direct Support Professional-DSP

We are looking for an extraordinary, kind, and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to act as an advocate, supporter, educator, and caregiver to individuals with disabilities or mental illness. Our DSPs provide services in our homes to help residents live in the least‑restrictive environment and achieve a fulfilling life. Responsibilities Assisting with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Demonstrating positive and supportive behavior with the clients and coworkers. Medication administration and documentation of services in the electronic record and computer system. Socializing with residents to enjoy games, movies, shopping, walks, bonfires, or fishing. Going to appointments and outings with clients and having fun. Schedules Available This is typically a part‑time position with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Full‑time opportunities may occasionally become available.
