MACHINIST

Machinist Operate manual and CNC machinery to manufacture precision metal components according to blueprints and specifications. Set up, adjust, and operate lathes, mills, grinders, and other machining equipment. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height gauges. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet dimensional, quality, and customer specifications. Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures. Complete production paperwork, inspection reports, and documentation accurately. Meet production schedules while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
