Nurse Educator

Mission Health is seeking a Nurse Educator Generalist to support nursing excellence across our Western North Carolina health system. In this role, you will assess learning needs, design and deliver evidence-based education, and mentor nurses at the bedside and in the classroom. You’ll develop orientations, competencies, and ongoing training that promote patient-centered care, quality, and safety. Working closely with clinical leaders and interdisciplinary teams, you will integrate simulation, technology, and data-driven improvements to strengthen staff skills and support a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
