Prep Cook/Dishwasher - Aspen, CO

SAGE Dining Services is seeking a Prep Cook/Dishwasher Flex Team Member for a private school in Aspen. Working for SAGE means being part of a community. You'll work alongside creative, enthusiastic team members who share your passion for culinary excellence. You'll play an important role in supporting kitchen operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with food preparation that helps bring our made-from-scratch, Chef-inspired meals to life for students, faculty, staff, and parents.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Occasional weekends and evenings
Follows school calendar

Pay Type:

$30.00 - $32.00 Hourly

Time Commitment:

Full/Part Time

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.

Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.

Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.

Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.

Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
