PeopleShare is hiring a Solderer / Assembler!
This is a hands-on manufacturing role for individuals who enjoy building products, working with tools, and being part of a team-focused work environment.
Solderer / Assembler Job Details:

Location: Mansfield, OH

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift 6:00am - 2:30pm
• 3rd Shift 9:30pm - 6:00am

Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: $18/hr
• 3rd Shift: $19.80/hr

Solderer / Assembler Job Description:

• Assemble small electrical parts and products
• Solder components using hand tools and soldering equipment
• Follow basic instructions or drawings
• Check finished work to ensure quality
• Label, finish, and package products
• Prepare items for shipping
• Work as part of a team and assist with training when needed

Solderer / Assembler Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Soldering experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to use hand tools and soldering tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work carefully
• Must be eligible to work under ITAR requirements
