What You'll Do

• Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis
• Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Monitor patient competency and ensure safe at-home treatment
• Provide ongoing support and reinforcement during training sessions
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity of care
• Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately
• Manage a patient load of 2 to 3 trainings per day

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active RN license in Texas
  • Recent dialysis experience
  • Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
  • Strong patient education and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage training schedules
• Preferred: Home health or chronic care experience

About the Assignment
This role supports a leading healthcare facility in Garland, Texas, focusing on the education and training of patients on the Tablo Hemodialysis System. The RN will ensure patients are confident and competent in managing their home dialysis treatment, providing ongoing support and collaborating with clinic teams to deliver comprehensive care.
