Physical Therapist - Acute Care / Inpatient Rehabilitation

Location: Plano, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description: Join our dynamic rehabilitation therapy team as a Physical Therapist, where you will provide critical care services in both acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings. As a key member of our knowledgeable staff, you will deliver one-on-one patient treatments aimed at improving mobility and overall functional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized physical therapy treatments to patients.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings as a Physical Therapist.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Experience in completing modified barium swallow studies is highly preferred.
