Work Environment\nIn this role, you will work in a fully remote setting, facilitating therapy sessions through telehealth, which allows for flexibility in scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Design and implement personalized clinical treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic strategies to address acute and chronic mental health conditions. \n
- Conduct intake assessments, prepare comprehensive treatment summaries, and maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards. \n
- Deliver effective outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, with an emphasis on senior health and wellness. \n
- Utilize telehealth platforms to provide convenient access to mental health services for clients, ensuring their comfort and engagement during sessions. \n
- Continually assess clients’ needs and adjust therapeutic strategies accordingly, providing essential support and resources to improve their mental health outcomes. \n
- Potential participation in on-call rotations to ensure comprehensive support for our clients. \n
This role primarily focuses on aiding senior clients seeking mental health support. You will engage with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or other emotional challenges related to aging and life transitions. Your ability to listen attentively and provide tailored support will be crucial in helping these clients navigate their unique circumstances and improve their quality of life.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Current, unrestricted license as an LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT in California. Please note that we cannot accept applicants with an associate license at this time due to billing limitations with Medicare. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients of all backgrounds, particularly seniors. \n
- Proficiency in using digital platforms for therapy, including telehealth software and Microsoft Office Suite. \n

- Experience working with geriatric populations is highly desired but not mandatory. \n
- A track record of successfully managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. \n
This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
