Nursing Scheduling Specialist

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a scheduling-focused DON-support role at our Batesville, IN campus. You will plan and direct the schedule for all nursing staff, ensure staffing aligns with budget and census, and manage postings and timekeeping while supporting onboarding.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, adjusting staffing, handling PTO and shift trades, and providing direct patient care as needed within licensure scope.
