Schedule: Full-Time 8:00 - 4:30pm
Pay: Up to $34/hr

Leadership Opportunity: Unit Supervisor

As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents and patients. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing effective care plans, supervising a team of LPNs and CNAs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing unit, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement effective care plans for residents and patients
• Supervise a team of LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including staffing patterns and resident data
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines

Qualifications

• Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) License
