Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive admissions to our nursing facility

• Collaborate with the leadership team to stay up-to-date on changing industry trends and regulations, and adapt marketing efforts accordingly

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community partners to generate leads and promote our services

• Must be able to participate in events and post social media content about the events and activities within the facility.

• Analyze and report on marketing metrics to track progress and inform future strategies

• Participate in community events and educational programs to promote our facility and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a related field

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
