• Active RN License in the state of Oklahoma or compact equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-acuity birthing environment
