Care Options for Kids specializes in one on one hourly pediatric and adult care in the home. Benefits for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) Paid sick leave and flexible schedule Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Weekly pay and direct deposit 24/7 on-call for support Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) Perform all personal care activities contained in a written assignment by the Registered Nurse (RN) which may include, but not be limited to, assisting the patient or client with personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, and physical transfer. Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment, which may include light cleaning and straightening of the bathroom, straightening the sleeping and living areas, washing the patient's or client's dishes or laundry, and such tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety for the patient or client. Measuring intake and output of fluids, and measure temperature, pulse, respiration, or blood pressure. Keep records of personal health care activities. Observe appearance and gross behavioral changes in the patient or client, reporting to the Registered Nurse (RN). Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in home care is preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current, valid Pennsylvania CNA license or 75-hour HHA certificate TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) Valid Driver's license About Care Options for Kids For more than two decades, Care Options for Kids has delivered specialized care to help children and their families live more fulfilled lives.
