Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Case Manager (QMHA) to join our growing team. This role focuses on supporting clients in accessing resources, building stability, and navigating systems of care. This is a full-time position, consisting of: ● 25-30 client contacts per week ● Additional administrative/documentation time One of the unique benefits of this role is the ability to create your own schedule, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in your workweek.
