Job Summary
Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) with Neuro experience Chicago, IL. This role involves providing direct patient care on a Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) unit with a focus on Neuro conditions, supporting a multidisciplinary team. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospital environment, contributing to patient recovery and well-being.

Job Details

• Position Description: Med/Surg RN with 2+ years of Neuro experience. The assignment is located in Chicago, IL, starting on 10/18/2026 and lasting approximately 12 weeks.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: IL RN license, BLS certification, NIHSS certification, with at least 2+ years of Med/Surg RN experience and 2+ years of Neuro unit experience.
• Schedule: 12-hour days, 7:00 AM 7:30 PM, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional responsibilities: The candidate must submit a resume, two references, skills checklist, certifications, licenses, BLS, and NIHSS prior to start date. Experience with Epic electronic medical records is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of Med/Surg RN experience and 4+ years of Neuro unit experience, ACLS certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other Med/Surg units as needed.
