Job Description Senior Project / Program Manager Southfield, MI (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) | Travel: 25%–50% Salary Range: $109,000 – $163,000 NOTE: No relocation assistance for this role; candidates must be local. Key Accountabilities Lead large‑scale, high‑impact initiatives including new plant startups, product launches, and enterprise transformation efforts Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, organized, and communicated across teams Operate within established project governance structures and help strengthen them Partner directly with senior leadership to drive alignment across business units Develop business cases including ROI analysis, cost modeling, and benefit realization Validate initiatives against strategic objectives and long‑term business goals Support long‑range planning, identifying interdependencies across programs Lead governance meetings, including steering committees and executive updates Proactively identify and manage organizational, operational, and financial risks Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of key initiatives Lead communication strategies across executive and cross‑functional audiences Track adoption and business impact, providing clear performance updates Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field 8+ years of project or program management experience Demonstrated success leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives Experience gathering and translating business requirements Strong financial acumen (ROI, business case development, cost modeling) Executive‑level communication and presentation skills Strong organizational, governance, and documentation capabilities Proven ability to lead change management efforts Experience with project and reporting tools (e.g., MS Planner, Power BI) Preferred PMP or equivalent certification Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies Benefits Overview Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance and Disability Voluntary Wellness Programs 401(k) or RRSP programs with Company Match Paid Vacation and Holidays Tuition Reimbursement And more!
