Parts Sales Coordinator

A growing industrial and mechanical equipment organization is seeking a customer-focused Parts Sales Coordinator to support aftermarket parts sales, customer service, and warranty-related operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically minded, outgoing, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career within the industrial and mechanical equipment industry.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-first mentality, and an interest in mechanical systems or equipment. Direct HVAC experience is not required - the team is open to individuals with transferable experience and a willingness to learn.

Compensation:
$55K-$60K base salary depending on experience and overall fit

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with parts inquiries, pricing, and product availability
• Prepare quotes for customers, contractors, and service teams
• Support warranty claims, returns, and related follow-up activities
• Coordinate return authorizations and customer communications
• Work closely with internal sales and service teams to support customer needs
• Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive service and communication
• Assist with inventory coordination and parts tracking
• Learn product lines, systems, and mechanical equipment applications over time

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service, sales support, or account coordination experience
• Mechanically inclined with an interest in industrial or mechanical equipment
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes
• College coursework, trade school, or related technical exposure is a plus, but not required
