Youth Residential Treatment Specialist

UCAN seeks a Residential Treatment Specialist I to provide direct service to children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional disorders in a residential setting. You will supervise residents, teach daily living skills, manage behavior, intervene in crises, lead groups, and document all activities and outcomes within the dorm environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, adhere to UCAN clinical philosophy, and participate in ongoing training to maintain a safe, #J-18808-Ljbffr UCAN (Chicago)
