BrightStar Care of Midtown Raleigh is currently hiring experienced and compassionate CNAs and PCAs for immediate openings in the Raleigh area!

Responsibilities- Provide companion care and personal care assistance to clients in their homes
- Follow and complete all tasks outlined in the client's plan of care
- Document care provided, time, and attendance accurately
- Communicate client changes or concerns promptly to the Director of Nursing
- Maintain a safe environment while following agency policies and procedures
- Respond appropriately and professionally in emergency situations
- Use caregiving equipment safely and properly, including Hoyer lifts
- Maintain reliable attendance and arrive to shifts on time
- Submit shift availability at least two weeks in advance
- Assist with client transportation as needed
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills
- Hoyer Lift experience preferred
- Active North Carolina CNA License or proof of work experience for PCA applicants
- Current TB test
- Current CPR Certification
- Completion of all state-mandated training requirements
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Willingness to transport clients
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Flexible per diem scheduling based on your availability
