Relationship Banking Associate

Pay Range $18.50 - $20.81 Position Overview The Relationship Banking Associate delivers high quality customer service and responsiveness to ensure fulfillment and satisfaction of both internal and external customers. This individual processes routine transactions and other related services accurately and identifies and refers sales opportunities to appropriate partners. Key Responsibilities 65% Process routine transactions and general customer and account servicing duties with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, including teller transactions, administrative duties, record maintenance, report preparation, and daily vault balancing. Engage in referral and relationship management according to established objectives and goals, providing support for new deposit account opening. 25% Identify customer opportunities through interactive and consultative conversations, conduct sales and service calls, and resolve customer issues while ensuring satisfaction and timely follow‑up. 5% Participate in community events supporting the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). 5% Perform other duties as assigned and required. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience. Skills and Abilities Excellent listening and communication skills. Ability to approach, identify and have conversations with customers to identify needs and opportunities. Strong organizational, interpersonal and customer‑relations skills, including problem solving and decision‑making. Ability to function in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. Team‑player who works well with people. Proficient computer skills. Physical Requirements Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers. Stationary 50% of time. Move about within or between locations; bend, twist, crouch, squat. Move objects up to 20 lbs.
