In addition, we offer:3 weeks PTOAnnual education allowance of up to $1,000Referral program401(k) MatchResidential housing discount after 1 year of continuous employmentFriends and family rates for our Hotel Properties throughout the companyWhat Will You Do?Greets guests upon arrival and make them feel welcomed by providing excellent front desk customer service and meeting and/or anticipating their needs.Administers check-ins and check-outs.Coordinates the delivery of mail, messages, and packages.Coordinates and communicates services with Resident Services, Leasing, Maintenance and Management Staff.Provides a wealth of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice.Diffuses conflict or tense situations with residents, prospects and/or guests.Coordinates Resident Move-ins and Move-outs, partnering with Leasing and Resident ServicesCoordinates Elevator reservations for Residents: move in, move out, deliveryAssists in a timely manner with all phone calls and emails from Residents and guestsRecruits Partners for our Onni Rewards program and continuously updates ResidentsEnsures cleanliness and upkeep of amenity spaces by completing Property WalksMaintains Service of Resident Lounge Coffee Machines and suppliesRefers multiple services (Housekeepers, dog walkers, etc.)Assists with packages, auditing, dry cleaning and perishable arrangements.Plans and brainstorms Resident events with Concierge, Resident Services and Property ManagementProvides administrative duties as needed.Communicates daily and upcoming events between Concierge Desk, Resident Services and Property ManagementPerforms other duties as requiredWhat You Bring.High School DiplomaCollege Courses in Property Management or related field, preferredProficiency in MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS WindowsCommitment to exceed guest/customer service expectations with knowledge of high-level luxury customer service touchpointsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in very high paced work environment and excellent interpersonal skillsMust be professional, team-oriented and possess good work ethicsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to be flexible, positive, outgoing, personable and able to relate well with diverse populations and age groupsMust have a flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holiday and/or overnight.Onni Properties, LLC ("Onni") will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the City of Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, and other local ordinance, as applicable.
