Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a fast, hyper-focused Data Entry Specialist (70+ WPM Required) to join our operations team and maintain the highest standards of data integrity. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing, updating, and auditing large volumes of critical information in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate pairs rapid typing speed with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that high-volume output never compromises accuracy.

salary: $23 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities

• High-Velocity Payment Posting: Accurately input and apply high volumes of daily payments (ACH, Wire, Check) to customer accounts with a focus on clearing the daily queue.

• Record Maintenance: Update and maintain digital customer files, ensuring all alphanumeric data points are entered correctly into the ERP system.

• Discrepancy Identification: Rapidly identify and flag variances or missing remittance advice for further review.

• MS Office: Proficiency in Excel and Outlook for professional correspondence.

• Computer Literacy: High "tech-fluency" you should be comfortable navigating multiple monitors, toggling between various software platforms (ERP, portals, Excel) and troubleshooting basic software hiccups.

• Typing Speed: Minimum 80+ WPM (A formal typing test will be part of the interview process)
