We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Payroll / Administrative Associate to join our team. The position will focus on invoice processing, data entry, record management, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and send invoices to customers and clients
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records within company systems
• Assist with payroll and administrative functions as needed
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain employee and customer files
• Support billing, accounting, and office operations
• Assist with email correspondence and follow-up communications
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other internal software systems
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
