$18 hourly

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional service with a friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all public spaces meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and other public areas, ensuring they are always fully stocked and functional.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, contributing to a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring they are ready for guest use and meet our quality standards.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts, push/pull heavy machinery, and lift up to 50lbs.

• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for spotting debris, stains, and facility damage.

• Time Management: Must be able to prioritize tasks and complete daily checklists without direct supervision.

• Communication Skills: Professional and friendly demeanor to interact effectively with guests and other staff.
