Document Review Specialist
What if your sharp eye for detail and strong reading skills could directly influence how AI systems understand the written world? We're looking for Document Review Specialists to read, annotate, and classify a wide range of documents — helping train AI to better interpret structured and unstructured text across industries and topics.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong comprehension skills and a systematic approach to their work. No legal, administrative, or document management experience required — just a commitment to accuracy and quality.

What You'll Do
- Read and annotate a diverse range of documents — including articles, reports, contracts, and forms
- Classify document sections, key data points, and structured information according to clear guidelines
- Identify important entities, dates, relationships, and patterns within text
- Apply structured annotation frameworks with precision and consistency
- Maintain high accuracy and quality standards across large document sets
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills in English
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach
- Comfortable working across diverse document types and subject areas
- Able to follow detailed annotation instructions with precision
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, legal, or document management experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, editing, research, or data entry
- Experience with quality assurance, content review, or critical analysis
- Familiarity with AI tools or annotation platforms as an end user
