Weekend Leasing Agent: Westside Village Apartments Location: Hopkins, MN Salary: Starting at $17.00 per hour. Walk-in interviews every Wednesday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM at 5290 Villa Way, Edina, MN 55436. Living on-site is not a requirement for this position but employees who choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount. Duties & Responsibilities Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals. Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the local, state, and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations, Fair Housing Law and marketing product knowledge. Greet all prospects/residents with professional courtesy and respect. Maintain professional communications with residents, residents’ guests, applicants and representatives of other companies with whom we do business. Follow-up with all prospects and document all phone and written correspondence. Process the rental applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures. Time Management skills.
