Cybersecurity Analyst

To enhance cybersecurity measures, the full-time Cybersecurity Analyst will monitor, investigate, and respond to security threats while working in a hybrid environment based in Lakeland, FL, contributing to operational efficiency and automation initiatives. Key responsibilities Monitor and respond to cybersecurity alerts, identifying threats and driving remediation actions Recommend enhancements to security monitoring capabilities to improve alert quality and operational effectiveness Participate in 24/7 security monitoring on an on-call rotation to support priority-one alerts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and incident response Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations and identify solutions Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a rapidly evolving technology environment
