We are a 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED company, where everyone works together to grow our company!What You Will Do:Review plans and specifications.Prepare accurate and competitive quotes.Provide pricing and product information to customers.Collaborate with sales team and manufacturers.Uses web-based manufacturer selection tools.Do preliminary take off on upcoming jobs.Work closely with manufacturers to resolve issues.Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.2 or more years' experience in the HVAC industryMinimum 2 years' experience in similar role (Inside Sales/Account Executive/Product Management)Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.Characteristics of a Successful Inside Sales Representative:Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliableStrong time management skillsSincere desire to help others.Strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and within a team with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.Must possess a personal need to consistently produce accurate and thorough results.Superior written and oral communication skillsProven problem solving, leadership and listening skills.Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it)Strong technical aptitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksStrong administrative and organizational skillsWhy Choose Hoffman & Hoffman:We are a private, employee-owned company, so our employees are our "Wall Street", which drives a team-oriented culture, focused on employees and customers.
