Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Arizona SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid IVP Fingerprint clearance card
• Previous school-based experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language and articulation, voice, fluency evaluations, and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement Individual Education Programs (IEPs)
• Lead IEP meetings, consult with caregivers and teachers
• Schedule and provide direct and consultative SLP services
• Maintain compliance with Medicaid billing and service documentation
• Develop student-centered intervention strategies
