RN - ICU - Day and Night shift rotation

Job Summary Position: RN - ICU Location: Evanston, IL Schedule: Full Time – 36 hours per week. Day/Night rotation (7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends. Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 – $55.80. Determined by candidate's expertise and years of experience. Required Travel: None. Qualifications License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of Illinois required. Education: BSN degree preferred. Certification: BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers required. Experience: Minimum 1 year of current hospital nursing experience preferred. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department. Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice. Assume responsibility, accountability, and authority for outcomes of nursing care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care. Contribute positively to safety outcomes and promote a high quality patient experience.
