Trainer II

Developing and conducting a variety of training programs, the full-time Trainer II will work remotely to assess training needs, create training content, and facilitate training initiatives for Pharmacy Services staff. Key responsibilities: Conduct training needs analyses and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs Identify, develop, and deliver training programs, including the design of training aids Facilitate the train the trainer process and maintain records of training activities and employee progress Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting Auditing experience preferred
