Social Media Manager

The Limited Agency is a Dallas-based social media agency built exclusively for the aesthetics industry. We manage social media for the industry’s top KOLs, injectors, plastic surgeons, and med spas — bridging the gap between physician knowledge and patient trust through strategic, high-quality content. Our team is small, intentional, and deeply embedded in a niche we understand better than anyone. This is a full-time, hybrid Social Media Manager role based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for majority remote work. The Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with our Account Manager to execute social media strategy across a portfolio of aesthetic industry clients — contributing creative ideas, shaping brand messaging, and producing high-quality content that reflects each client’s voice and goals. Day-to-day work includes shooting and editing short-form video, on-site photography and videography, graphic design, content calendar production, daily posting, Instagram Stories management, and community engagement across platforms. When client-facing, this person is expected to represent the agency professionally and with polish. This role requires travel to client locations across the country as needed; all travel expenses are fully covered by The Limited Agency. We work exclusively in the medical aesthetics industry. Candidates must be comfortable with medical environments and clinical content — including procedure footage, before-and-after imagery, and content from settings such as cadaver labs or surgical environments. If medical content is not something you can work with comfortably, this role is not the right fit. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field — required Must be based in Dallas, Texas; in-person and travel availability required Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or Illustrator) is required — high-quality graphic design skills are non-negotiable. Canva alone does not meet this requirement. Demonstrated videography and photography skills; must be comfortable on set and behind a camera Working knowledge of marketing strategy, brand messaging, and audience-driven content Proven experience managing professional social media accounts (agency or brand-side) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong time management and ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously Trustworthy, dependable, and self-directed — this is a remote-first role requiring someone who operates with integrity and follows through without constant oversight Professional and polished when client-facing; comfortable representing the agency in-person and on-site Must have a genuine interest in, understanding of, or personal alignment with the medical aesthetics industry — including cosmetic treatments such as injectables, laser treatments, and surgical procedures. Candidates who are not supportive of or curious about aesthetic medicine are not a fit for this role.
