Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active California Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home Health experience preferred. Candidates without home health experience will be considered. Experience using Wellsky EMR preferred or ability to learn Wellsky (user friendly). Ability to meet productivity expectations: 36 points per 36 hours (client‑specific requirement). Must be able to work within the Kings/Tulare County territory and travel to patient homes as assigned. Schedule flexibility to meet a minimum of 36 hours per week. Client will consider 5x8 or 4x10 schedules (preferred scheduling options). Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Schedule: Minimum 36 hours per week, flexible (client will consider 5x8s or 4x10s). Shift Details: flexible scheduling with daily schedules created by on‑staff schedulers. Territory: Kings/Tulare County area. Candidates must be prepared to travel to patient homes within this territory. Productivity Expectation: 36 points per 36 hours as required by the client.
