Guaranteed Minimum Weekly Hours: We offer a 20-hour weekly minimum guarantee for BTs who are available for sessions—ensuring you have a stable paycheck while building your caseload. Consistent Clinic Schedule: Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No weekend or evening work required. Paid Non-Billable Time: Up to 1.5 – 2 hours of paid non-billable time per week at 18/hour to cover team meetings, training, and other responsibilities, on top of earnings from clinical work. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized therapy plans under expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Use Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) to provide evidence-based therapy that’s play-based and child-centered. Collect data on client progress and maintain open communication with clinical supervisors. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the center to ensure client safety. Provide a fun, supportive, engaging environment for young children on the autism spectrum. Communicate with caregivers about the client's day and create a welcoming environment for families. Qualifications Availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (hours scheduled based on clinical needs). Desire to learn, grow, and advance in the field of autism therapy. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Preferred: Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (not required). Experience working with children preferred. Ability to perform physically active tasks, including sitting on the floor, crawling, running, lifting up to 30 pounds, and actively playing with children during sessions. Perks & Benefits Signing Bonus: 126 paid at completion of onboarding training and 400 paid after 6 months of continuous employment. Guaranteed Minimum Weekly Hours: BTs who are available for sessions are guaranteed a minimum of 20 paid hours per week, so you have consistent income and stability while ramping your caseload.
