North American ETF Capital Markets Associate

This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the center of ETF and CEF capital markets, gaining hands-on exposure to trading dynamics, liquidity management, and the broader ETF ecosystem. It contributes to our mission by ensuring efficient market functioning, improving execution quality, and strengthening relationships with key liquidity providers—all of which are critical to delivering high-quality investment outcomes for clients. In this position, the individual will develop deep analytical expertise, market intuition, and cross-functional influence by working closely with portfolio managers, traders, and external partners.
