Job Overview Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Float Pool at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. 0.9 FTE night shift (6:45pm-7:15am) with three 12‑hour shifts one week and two 12‑hour shifts alternate week, including every other Friday and Saturday night. Extra Incentives Night shift differential: $4.00 per hour Benefits Free parking TriMet annual pass (Hop Fastpass) for eligible staff in Portland Service Area Medical Plan Assistance Program for caregivers and eligible dependents Tuition reimbursement/education (100% tuition for selected programs; up to $5,250 per year; books/fees covered) Paid Time Off: up to 25 days per year Employer match retirement 401(k) plan Lyra Caregiver Assistance program: up to 25 counseling or coaching sessions per year Responsibilities Contribute to a high‑functioning team Assist RN with admissions, discharges, and transfers Measure and record vital signs, output, and weights Collect specimens and perform fingerstick capillary blood tests Assist with client mobility and transfers using lifts and safe patient‑handling devices Opportunities for continuing education and professional development, including annual CNA conference Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License (upon hire) National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire) Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospital or long‑term care setting Additional Information Paid shift differential and other compensation may be available for this role, such as standby/on‑call, overtime, and bonus opportunities.
