Regional Safety Manager

Position Overview The Safety Manager will ensure legal compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the USA, assess and minimize injury risks, and promote safety improvements across the business and at customer sites. Responsibilities Drive compliance with regulatory standards and safety improvement plans. Conduct site audits and inspections. Develop and conduct safety training on various topics. Utilize SaaS platforms like Avetta, ISN, and ComplyWorks for prequalification processes. Manage electrical safety elements, including NFPA 70E and 70B standards, arc flash and electrical shock hazard assessments. Qualifications BSc in Environment, Health, and Safety Management or related field. BCSP Qualified Credential: ASP or CSP (CSP preferred). At least 10 years of experience in environmental health and safety. Knowledge of safety guidelines, regulations, and engineering principles. Experience across industries like data centers, oil and gas, power, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills. Additional Information This is a full-time, U.S.-based position with a salary range of $112,000 to $168,000 plus uncapped commissions.
