SENIOR MEDTECH INDUSTRY SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME) WITH EXTENSIVE TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE Must Have's:
- Medical Devices Industry Experience
- Deep SME knowledge in 2 of these domains: Research & Clinical Development, Manufacturing, and Sales & Marketing
- Understanding of Regulations and Data Standards for Medical Devices Industry - Comprehensive knowledge of Regulatory Requirements including FDA, ISO, and other pertinent industry standards
- Act as the leading authority on medical technology innovations, guiding the organization through industry shifts, regulatory landscapes, and technological advancements.
- Spearhead major technology implementation initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic healthcare objectives and adhere to stringent regulatory standards.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, bridging the gap between engineering, product development, and clinical operations to deliver seamless technology solutions.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance organizational competency in new medical technologies.
- Assess the impact and efficacy of implemented technologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships within the industry to maintain a competitive edge and stay abreast of cutting-edge technological developments.
- Advise executive leadership on strategic technology investments and contribute to the long-term technology roadmap.
