Shared Compute Infrastructure Team The Shared Compute Infrastructure team builds and operates the cloud compute foundations that power Relativity's platform. We provide scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native infrastructure that enables teams across the organization to run workloads efficiently while meeting high standards for performance and security. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure solutions that support Relativity's strategic goals Design and implement complex cloud infrastructure and shared services across cloud platforms Define and enforce cloud-native architecture standards and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud-native solutions with business objectives Mentor and guide engineers across multiple teams, fostering professional growth and raising engineering quality Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to drive platform innovation Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of cloud systems through strong engineering and operational practices Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for critical business initiatives WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required Experience designing infrastructure platforms, tooling, and services, including integration with Kubernetes Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and security Demonstrated ability to lead technically and mentor engineers across teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools Background working with global and cross-cultural teams WHY WE COULD BE A GREAT FIT Impactful Mission Help organizations organize data, discover the truth, and act on it in high-stakes legal and regulatory matters. Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $174,000 and $262,000 . The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
