As a Flooring Installer, you will perform full flooring installations and repairs throughout the property. Youll be responsible for accurately measuring spaces, determining material needs, and installing various flooring typesincluding LVP, VCT, and ceramic tileaccording to industry and manufacturer best practices. Key Responsibilities
- Measure rooms and determine accurate material requirements
- Remove existing flooring and complete demolition as needed
- Install multiple flooring types: LVP, VCT, ceramic tile, and others
- Perform subfloor repairs or replacements
- Complete light carpentry tasks related to flooring projects
- Work safely, cleanly, and efficiently on all job sites
- Follow company and manufacturer installation standards
- Assist with additional property tasks as needed, including: Work orders, General building maintenance, Carpet removal, Unit cleanouts, Working in crawlspaces or on ladders, Snow removal
- Ability to regularly lift and move heavy materials (minimum 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working on hands and knees for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant oversight
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different environments
- Must have a valid drivers license ( nonnegotiable )
