Community Development Manager

Wayfarer Vans is looking for a Community Developer to build, energize, and scale the human side of our brand.This role owns two of our most important community-driven initiatives:The Vanbassador Program – our nationwide network of passionate owners connecting with prospective customersWayfarer Weekends – our immersive, small-group gatherings designed to deepen relationships and bring the Wayfarer lifestyle to lifeYou will operate at the intersection of community, sales, and marketing—ensuring every interaction, from a driveway walk-through to a weekend camp-out, strengthens connection, builds trust, and drives growth.This role is both creative and operational: part event architect, part community builder, part sales enabler, and part insight generator.Please provide a cover letter in addition to your resume expressing your interest in this position at Wayfarer Vans.
