Lockbox Lead Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Location: Center City, Philadelphia
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support team members during daily lockbox processing.
• Ensure accurate handling of check payments and remittance documents.
• Maintain department organization and resolve escalated issues.
• Train new hires and uphold quality control standards.
• Process payments for parking and code violations, sort mail, and update systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2-3 years as a Lockbox Lead in a fast-paced financial environment.
• Skills: Strong payment processing and data entry skills; attention to detail.
• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Traits: Reliable, punctual, and a team player who's ready to assist wherever needed.
