Senior Field Service Technician

Summary Oversees field services personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation maintenance and repair of end-point devices. Supervises and manages the service department personnel including the workload overtime and overall demand on labor resource planning. Facilitates project management responsibilities managing the parts and labor resources needed from the initial site visit through to final installation start-up and commissioning.
