Telecommunications Expert for AI Training

Role Overview
Apply your telecommunications expertise to help train and improve next-generation AI systems. You will provide high-quality real-world input that strengthens how AI models learn, reason, and perform across telecommunications topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate telecommunications systems and protocols to provide expert input for AI training.
- Document and explain complex telecommunications concepts clearly for AI model development.
- Interact with AI platforms daily or weekly to keep training materials current and comprehensive.
- Review, assess, and refine AI-generated telecommunications content for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with the customer team to identify emerging industry trends and challenges relevant to AI learning objectives.
- Translate technical information into actionable insights through clear written and verbal communication.
- Provide feedback and evaluations that support the continued development of AI capabilities in telecommunications.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in telecommunications, including systems, protocols, and industry best practices.
- Ability to explain intricate concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with or training AI systems, or a strong willingness to learn AI integration in telecommunications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to provide analytical feedback on technical material.
- Comfort collaborating with remote, cross-functional teams.
- Experience with telecommunications documentation, report writing, or technical instruction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, or AI-driven systems in the telecommunications sector.
- Prior experience developing or reviewing training datasets for automation or AI applications.
- An advanced degree or industry certifications in telecommunications or a related field.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $20 to $75 per hour.
