Civil Litigation Attorney

Dworken & Bernstein Co. L.P.A., founded in 1959 and one of Northeast Ohio's longest-standing law firms, seeks an associate attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to join our downtown Cleveland team representing nursing home residents and families harmed by neglect and abuse throughout Ohio.Nursing home or medical malpractice experience is a plus but not required. For the right candidate, this role offers a genuine path toward meaningful trial experience, representing Ohio's most vulnerable clients. Successful candidates will possess solid experience in litigation; must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent interpersonal and client service skills; and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
