Construction Project Manager The Position This is an exceptional opportunity for a Project Manager to join our client in the Wilmington, Delaware area – the successful candidate will be a senior-level Construction Project Manager with experience within an established commercial General Contractor - you will also have experience in ground-up / base building projects. This position gives the opportunity to work for one of the market leaders and offers real progression opportunities. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of progressive construction experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor. Ground Up / Base Building project experience Experience using Project Management Software, such as Procore or Prolog. OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 required within first year of hire. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
